Our equipment is new, spotless and in working condition. Our tents are new, clean, well maintained and installed by professionals.
Delivery will be made to the first floor level or backyard within reasonable distance, and does not include set-up or breakdown. If arrangement is made in advance, we can set-up and breakdown equipment such as tables and chairs for an additional charge.
Every effort will be made to make deliveries or pick-ups at the customers convenience. When pick-ups are made tables, chairs and other equipment must be stacked and ready at the same location they were delivered. If equipment is not ready for pick-up, one-half (1/2) the rental charge will be incurred for each additional day. Equipment is usually picked up the day after the event excluding Sundays and holidays. Equipment out on rent must be protected from weather conditions at all times. This is the customer's responsibility. Extra charges will be applied to the customer in the event of damages due to abuse, loss, misuse, overload, negligence or equipment returned dirty. When renting linens, they must be returned dry to prevent mildew. Please do not launder linens.
Dance Floors
Reservations can be made over the phone but are not guaranteed unless a deposit of 50% is paid in-advance. The balance of delivery orders must be paid 7 days prior to event date. The balance of orders for customer pick-ups can be made when order is picked up. Reservations on Special-Orders, (NOT IN STOCK), require a 100% deposit. ALL ORDERS PLACED WILL BE HELD FOR A 25% NON-REFUNABLE CANCELLATION FEE.
The DAMAGE WAVIER CHARGE is mandatory at a cost of 10% of the rental contract. Damage wavier protects the customer against charges for accidental damage to equipment while in the customer's possession. It does not cover mysterious loss or theif of the rental equipment or any accessory items.
Payments can be made in-advance by cash, check, "In-house Charge Accounts" or all major cards.
